Perennials and Unique Concrete Planters at bellingham, Washington Plant Sale

A unique plant sale will be held this weekend in bellingham, Washington. Pete and Dianne Havekost will be offering hostas, astilbes, hardy geraniums and sedums. Dianne will be on hand to answer any questions you may have about growing these plants in your own garden.
The perennials for sale are divisions from plants growing in the Havekost’s beautiful backyard garden. They are strong, healthy plants that grow well in the Pacific Northwest.
The couple will also be selling their original “pothead” planters for the first time. “Plant” one of the Easter Island heads in your own garden, or choose one of the ladies’ heads for your deck, where they will grown “hair” or flowers in their bonnets.
The unique planters are made of concrete, and some of the pots will be pre-planted with ornamental grasses and sedums. The pots may be seen at http://www.concretegardenleaves.com/plant-sale.htm.
The sale will be held at 1015 E McLeod Road, in Bellingham Washington on Saturday, May 7th from 10 AM till 4 PM.
